Two Decades of Facilities Excellence
Enviro Facilities was founded with a simple belief: that facilities management should be straightforward, consistent, and genuinely supportive of the businesses it serves. Too often, organisations found themselves juggling multiple contractors, chasing accountability, and dealing with inconsistent quality.
We set out to change that. Starting with a small team of dedicated cleaning professionals, we steadily expanded our service offering — adding maintenance, security, and specialist contractor services — always with the same commitment to quality and the same single point of contact model that our clients value most.
Today, Enviro Facilities operates nationwide, supporting over 500 clients across every major sector. Our team of more than 1,200 trained professionals delivers millions of service hours every year — and we're proud that the vast majority of our growth has come through client referrals.

Chief Executive Officer
James founded Enviro Facilities in 2004 and has led the company through two decades of growth. His focus on client relationships and service quality remains the cornerstone of the business.
Rachel Okonkwo
Operations Director
Rachel oversees all service delivery across the UK, ensuring every client receives the consistent, high-quality service Enviro is known for. She joined in 2009 and has been instrumental in building our operational infrastructure.

David leads business development and client relationships, working closely with new and existing clients to design FM solutions that genuinely fit their needs.
